Lanester en stage les 17 et 18 janvier 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le club organisait ce week end , les 17 et 18 janvier , un stage \u00e0 Pen Man\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le temps incertain , nos cyclistes ont fait une belle sortie de plus de 5h ce samedi et sont all\u00e9s du cot\u00e9 de Plumelec, se frotter \u00e0 Cadoudal.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la sortie de de Dimanche, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrari\u00e9e par la pluie tr\u00e8s froide le matin , la sortie a donc d\u00fb \u00eatre \u00e9court\u00e9e pour certains.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques photos de ce stage
